We are firmly committed to protecting your privacy.

We may contact you via e-mail for the following reasons:
• to confirm or update you concerning a purchase you have made.
• to request information necessary for the processing of your purchase.
• to invite you to complete partial pages in your account, if you have any, so that you may benefit from using them.
• to invite you to use credit remaining in your account, if you have any.
• to confirm that your visual menu is successfully enabling your child to communicate with you about food.
• to respond to a message you have chosen to send us.

We will not contact you for any other reasons unless you deliberately “opt-in,” by checking a box beside the statement, “Please send me e-mail information regarding special offers and products from give a voice, but no more than 4 times per year.”

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered to do so by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees for the purposes of delivering your visual menu(s) or contacting you for the above-listed reasons. Contracted service providers who support our company in delivering your visual menu(s) or contacting you as specified may also have access to this information, and are governed by their own privacy policies.

We at give a voice reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time and without notice. If we change our privacy practices, we will post the changes on this page. The changed policy will apply only to individual personal information collected after the posted policy change.

GIVE A VOICE WEBSITE USE BY CHILDREN

This website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalization of each visual menu, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final.

Each customer is wholly responsible for the content and placement of the photos on their pages. Once purchased, pages will not be replaced free of charge in order to supply the customer with a different image or the same images in a different arrangement. Please carefully confirm the photos you have chosen, and their placement, before confirming your purchase.

We do replace products should they arrive in damaged or defective condition. We make every effort to ensure that our products arrive safely and in excellent condition, but if you receive a visual menu which has been damaged during shipping or which is in some way defective, please mail it back to us along with a letter containing the following information:
• the customer’s name
• the customer’s address
• the customer’s phone number
• the customer’s e-mail address
• the order number from the receipt sent with the menu

Use the shipping method of your choice. We will review and respond to your request upon receipt of your letter and returned product. You should receive an e-mail from us within 3 business days of our receiving your request for a replacement, letting you know our response.

The photographs and images of food on the give a voice website, as well as in the products provided through give a voice, are for your own personal use. You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the products or food images provided by give a voice except for your personal use as described on this website. They may not be used for any commercial purpose without our specific written permission. The copyright in the materials and other content, including without limitation, images and text on the website is owned or licensed to give a voice LLC. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print, and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use. The images of people or places displayed on this site are either the property of or used with permission by give a voice. The use of images of people or places from this website by you or by anyone else authorized by you is prohibited unless expressly permitted elsewhere on this site. Any unauthorized use of the material on this site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, rights of privacy or publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. You agree that the company parties’ maximum liability arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of such product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you to the extent such jurisdiction’s law is applicable to this agreement.
